THE HOUSEBOAT
Top Deck This deck comprises of a luxury en-suite cabin and sliding doors opening onto a large deck with the African bush, river and sky on your doorstep. The top deck also offers loungers to relax and soak up the sun when the houseboat starts to cruise the famous Chobe and Zambezi Rivers. Middle Deck The Middle Deck is called the "heart" of this beautiful riverboat, with its fully equipped bar, comfortable lounge and dining area. For your enjoyment, there is a plunge pool and flatscreen TV. This deck also has a unique roller shutter system for protection against the elements. Bottom Deck Five well appointed en-suite cabins are situated on the bottom deck. Each can be made up as a twin or a double room. All cabins have electronic safes, fans, mosquito gauze and built-in cupboards. These spacious cabins offer superb views of the river, whilst the front cabin boasts its own private deck. ACTIVITIES The following activities are included in the rates: Game viewing by tender boat into The Chobe National Park; Tiger and Bream fishing with personal guide and fishing tackle included; Birding excursions along the Chobe River and the Kasai channel; Cultural Village walks on Impalila Island. The following activities are not included in the rates: Golf at the 9-hole golf course in Kasane Spa Treatments in Kasane Game Drives into the Chobe National Park Road transfers between airports/borders and Kasane Immigration Day trips to Victoria Falls (either Zambia or Zimbabwe) |
