OVERVIEW
Kwara camp is set overlooking a secluded lagoon in the northern Okavango Delta region offering a contrasting experience, as its location allows access to the permanent waterways of the Delta as well as extensive dry land areas. The Kwara concession is regarded as one of the most diverse areas of the Delta, attracting quality game viewing. FACILITIES Kwara accommodates a maximum of 16 guests in eight traditionally styled tents on raised decks with balconies overlooking either the lagoon or floodplain. The traditional Meru tents have an en-suite flush toilet, double washbasins and an outside shower. An intimate dining and lounge area is under thatch, built around a large shade tree overlooking the lagoon. Set amongst tall knobthorn and mangoosteen trees, a small plunge pool is framed by a low deck and a small number of loungers. ACTIVITIES Kwara within the exclusive concession in which it is located, offers a wide variety of activities. In addition to game drives, both day and night, the camp offers game walks and mokoro trips, as well as power boating and fishing. Game drives always have a tracker as well as a driver-guide which helps to produce some excellent wildlife sightings, and the ability to off-road within the reserve is often an advantage
