On route you are likely to see a variety of game from the semi aquatic antelope known as the lechwe to the playful and humorous warthog that runs along with tail in the air like a radio antennae. The camp is located on the edge of a beautiful lagoon where the ever present and highly vocal hippos wallow. Each tent is shaded by magnificent evergreen trees including African ebony and magosteen. Both lions and wild dogs are often seen in the area and the variety of plains game includes kudu, tssebe, zebra, and impala.
